Create and Edit a Command and Control Script

The playback for which you want to define events has to be on air. Select it in the On Air drop-down menu (top right). Also select it in the Editing drop-down menu (top left).

In Audience.foundation go to File > Advanced On-Air playback Settings.

Press the browse button, navigate to the ‘pages’ folder, and then navigate to the folder of the magazine that contains the page you wish to play.

Select the PageName.pge.xml file you want to play and press the ‘In Zone’ button.

Select the ZoneName.zon.xml file that is the zone that the page is from and press enter. In most cases, the name of the zone will be the same as the name of the pages folder you used to select the page.

Press OK.

This will associate playing the specified page with the trigger type you select. You can also play magazines by browsing to the 'magazines' folder, then choosing the magazineName.mag.xml file and screens by browsing to the 'screens' folder, and choosing the appropriate screenName.scn.xml file. If you choose a 'screen' to play, you don't have to specify the 'In Zone' parameter.

You can associate multiple play events with a single trigger. You may also add ‘waits’ between the executions of events. Just press the ‘Add Wait’ button and enter the amount of time you wish to wait.
